This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works when you order from Lovaya.

Bespoke order delivery

All Lovaya beds are made to order. Delivery times are therefore estimates and may vary depending on fabric availability, manufacturing schedules, supplier lead times, courier availability and your delivery location.

We will keep you updated where possible, but delays may occasionally occur due to the bespoke nature of the product.

Because your bed is made specifically for you, please make sure all delivery details and access requirements are correct before placing your order.

If delivery cannot be completed because the item does not fit through your property, because access is restricted, or because incorrect information was provided, additional delivery, return, storage or re-delivery charges may apply.

We currently deliver to selected mainland UK postcodes through our specialist furniture delivery network.

Our regular delivery routes cover many areas across England, Wales and Scotland, including selected postcodes in:

Delivery availability, delivery day and delivery cost may vary depending on your full postcode and the product ordered.

Some remote or less frequent postcode areas are not covered on a regular weekly route and may require confirmation before we can accept your order. These include selected DG, PH, IV, AB, EX and TR postcodes.

We do not currently deliver to addresses that require ferry access, including PO24, PO30, PO33, PO35, PO36, PO37, PO38, PO39, PO40 and PO41.

If your postcode is not available at checkout, or if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery costs may vary depending on:

  • your location;
  • the product ordered;
  • the size and weight of the item;
  • the delivery service selected;
  • whether assembly or other optional services are included.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page or at checkout where available.

Some products may be in stock, while others may be made, prepared or ordered specifically for you.

Lead times are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing, supplier, courier or stock delays.

If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Remote and restricted postcodes

Some postcodes are served less frequently and may only be available on selected delivery dates. In these cases, delivery may take longer than our usual estimated timeframe.

We reserve the right to decline an order or request an additional delivery charge where an address is outside our regular delivery network, requires special access, or cannot be serviced by our delivery partners.

Delivery service

Depending on the product and delivery option, delivery may be made to:

  • your front door;
  • the entrance of your building;
  • a room of choice;
  • or another agreed location.

Large furniture items may be delivered by a specialist furniture delivery partner.

Delivery appointments

Where a delivery appointment or time slot is arranged, please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

If you miss a delivery appointment, provide incorrect delivery information or fail to give reasonable access, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Delivery time slots are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, route changes or circumstances outside our control.

Access requirements

Before ordering, please check that your item will fit through all access points and into the room of choice.

This includes checking doorways, stairs, lifts, hallways, tight corners and ceiling heights.

If the delivery team cannot complete delivery because of access restrictions, additional charges may apply.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails because no one is available, access is unsafe or the product cannot fit into the property, we may charge for re-delivery, return or storage.

Damaged items on delivery
