All our items are handmade to order in the UK. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. If you require your order for a specific date, please let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate.

While the differences would barely be noticeable, most of our fabrics are woven using natural fibres so colours may differ ever so slightly from one batch to another.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Klarna, PayItMonthly, and DivideBuy, giving you the option to spread the cost over flexible instalments.
Yes. We offer a complimentary swatch service. Colours can appear different on digital screens and in different lighting so we reccomend you to see colours and textures in your own home before making your final decision. Order Fabric Swatches here.
We usually begin handcrafting your orders very soon after you place the order. If you would like to make any changes, you are welcome to contact us but we can only change aspects that we haven't started working on already.
Cancellation is also only possible if we have not begun working on your order.
As every product is handmade, there can be slight variations from bed to bed. While the designs will largely match the image, dimensions can differ by 2-3 centimetres.

Lastly, woven fabrics can differ slightly from batch to batch and colours can appear different under different lighting or when in contrast with different decor.
